- "Boxes" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service;
- "Orders" means a request by You to purchase boxes from Us;
- "Service" refers to the transportation of your box/es;
- "Website" refers to TIGER EXPRESS, accessible from [WEBSITE_URL]; and
- "You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (OUTLETS-WAREHOUSE)
All boxes from outlets (Provinces) are transported within 1-2 business days via train or third party provider (such as, kerry, nim express, LBC, j&t, flash and alike). Boxes are shipped or delivered every day except on announced holidays (Thailand and Philippines)
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY (WAREHOUSE-DESTINATION)
(subject to change as per the shipping day/s both for sea and air and both in Thai and in Philippines)
- Sea freight (Thai-Phil Shipment)
All boxes from Warehouse are transported within 10-14 business days via sea.
Metro Manila – 4 weeks
Luzon – 5 weeks
Visayas – 6 weeks
Mindanao – 7 weeks
- Air freight (Thai-Phil Shipment)
All boxes from Warehouse are transported within 3-5 business days via air.
Metro Manila – 3 days
Luzon – 3 days
Visayas – 4 days
Mindanao – 5 days
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
(AIR FREIGHT) TIGER EXPRESS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
DAMAGES
TIGER EXPRESS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging lists and damaged goods before filing a claim.
